Meet our Board of Directors
Judy McNamara
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Judy graduated Michigan State University cum laude with a BA in Accounting, and holds her JD from Michigan Law School.
Known as an international tax professional, Judy is the former Chief Tax Officer for the Fortune 500’s Ecolab Inc. where she led global teams of tax professionals through several significant corporate transactions including large acquisitions and spin-offs.
Prior to going in-house, she worked for KPMG in their Detroit, NYC and London offices. Recently retired from full-time work, Judy is now a part time coach for young tax professionals and a passionate philanthropist. Her charitable work includes serving as former Board Chair of the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and more.
Eileen Bradley
Eileen Bradley is a retired CPA with almost 30 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation.
She worked at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, for almost a decade in the Financial Aid Accounting and Student Accounts areas. During this time she observed first hand how difficult it was for certain students to meet their basic needs while pursuing their degrees.
She brings this insight and her passion for helping young people to Kinsella Angels. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Oakland University. She was a volunteer leader for both BSA and Girl Scouts and trained other leaders.
Donna Pechacek
Donna Fink is currently employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield MN as a Principal Account Manager. In this role she is an experienced and trusted advisor to national account clients and focuses on health and wellness initiatives.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and is Licensed by the State of MN in Health and Life Insurance, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Clinical Exercise Specialist, Certified Biofeedback Therapist and holds multiple certifications as a personal trainer, group exercise specialist, swimming instructor, health coach, and tobacco cessation counselor.
Before joining Blue Cross in 2009, Donna was the Manager of Wellness Programs for SUPERVALU. She also worked with Allina Hospitals & Clinics and St. John’s Hospital serving in a variety of patient care roles for 23 years. Donna has served on the Board of the Associated Health Care Union for six years, and the United Hospital Employee Foundation for four years.
