Meet our Founders

Born in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, Maureen retired in 2020 from PricewaterhouseCoopers after serving 39 years as a seasoned finance, tax and business professional serving global clients.

She has been widely acknowledged as a pioneer for women in the firm and in the SALT (state and local tax) profession. Her legacy has been recognized with multiple honors, including the NYU Outstanding Achievement in State Taxation Award, COST’s Paul H. Frankel’s Excellence in Taxation Award, both of which were acknowledged in a 2021 article in Forbes magazine titled: “Cutting through the glass ceiling.” 

Maureen has served as an adjunct professor of the M.B.T. program at the University of Minnesota and is a nationally recognized speaker. Today, she has a thriving consultancy business, and focuses on philanthropy and service on boards from her home in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dr. Maynard Howe brings a richly diverse background to the Kinsella Angels Foundation.

He is the former founder and co-founder of five successful business ventures in the fields of medical devices, software, psychological testing, quality control & behavioral science. 

Dr. Howe has helped more than fifty Fortune 500 companies coordinate their company-wide quality, employee and customer relationship initiatives and has worked extensively as a leadership and behavioral coach to senior executives in a variety of industries. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science Degree in Educational Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and is the author and co-author of numerous articles and top selling business books.  

A former diplomate of the American College of Forensic Examiners, as well as an active Board Member of the USO, Dr. Howe has served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Advanced Development Committee for Alliant International University where he taught graduate programs in Psychology, Leadership and Human Behavior. He continues to Chair Doctoral Dissertations in Clinical Psychology and  related Behavioral Science fields.
